Delivery

 

Once order is placed and completed fully, you will receive an automated confirmation of order being accepted. From this point we process the order and upon dispatch you will receive another confirmation email stating your order has dispatched successfully.

 

Orders are delivered by Royal Mail standard parcels or other couriers. If you order multiple items at the same time you will save on postage as it’s combined automatically for you at the checkout.

 

Please allow up to five working days for delivery. In most cases it’s delivered within two days. We are not responsible for any delay that is out of our hands. i.e. once the product is handed over to Royal Mail its out of our hands.

 

Orders are processed before 4pm and any orders after that time maybe processed the next working day.

 

We normally do not allow collection, due to some circumstances we may allow this as long as payment is received in full before hand and cleared by bank checks. Times will need to be agreed with us before you decided to make your way.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

 

Please use the method of Recorded Delivery or DHL for items that are value to you as lost items will not be covered by replacement(s) if Royal Mail Standard is used. Any complaints for lost items that were delivered by Royal Mail Standard (option) delivery will not be entertained by onlineshisha.com.

 

Delivery outside of UK will take few days extra in some cases.
