All our payment is currently processed through Paypal servers and not on our servers. Paypal is used by many millions of people and also used by many large companies as a trusted method of accepting payments.

On our website you are not required to have a Paypal account in order to make card transactions.
Delivery
Once order is placed and completed fully, you will receive an automated confirmation of order being accepted. From this point we process the order and and upon dispatch you will receive the another confirmation email stating your order has dispatched successfully.
All orders are delivered by Royal Mail standard parcels. If you order multiple items at the same time you will save on postage as it’s combined automatically for you at the checkout.
Please allow up to five working days for delivery. In most cases it’s delivered within two days. We are not responsible for any delay that is out of our hands. i.e. once the product is handed over to Royal Mail its out of our hands.
Lost items are responsible of buyers unless insurance was paid for. All matters needs to be taken up with the courier company. Proof of postingh can be provided.
Privacy Statement
We at Onlineshisha only collect details of which we need to process your order. At times we pass information to 3rd parties for only to complete a financial transaction as we do not store or collect any financial data. All this is collected and processed by Paypal who have secure servers to keep details safe.
We may only pass your details if we are required by law but will never disclose any details to companies who might use it for junk mail or marketing purpose.

These are used at times to store information which saves you time filling up again when you return. They do not collect any private information or financial data that you do not give voluntarily.

Returns
All our products are refundable provided you have not broken any seals or used it and remains exactly how it was delivered. Before making any returns you will require to email us and request an RMA no.
After you have received the RMA no you will be told whether you can return the product or not. Requests must be made within five working days of receiving delivery for any claims to be valid. Refund is only on the products and not on postage. Please make sure it’s recorded delivery when you send back products as lost items will not be refunded.
A 30% restocking fee will be applied to the returned stock.
